1. Return Period – 30 Days

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return or warranty request, please contact us through the store's contact form or by email:

We will provide the necessary return instructions and shipping address. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Sealing bags

  • Any product designed to store or come into contact with food (e.g. containers, pouches, etc.)

These items are excluded from returns to protect the health and safety of all our customers.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product due to damage, defect, or a different preference, contact us first via email or the store. We’ll help you find the best solution depending on stock availability.


6. 1-Year Warranty

All Kitchenlabs products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Malfunctions under normal use
✔ Faulty materials

❌ It does not cover:

  • Misuse, improper storage, or accidents

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

  • Damage from commercial use (unless specified)

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if needed.


7. Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll offer a free replacement, refund, or repair depending on the issue.
